In short
I've worked with data since 2018, and the path ran from the inside out: I started building the first dashboards an organisation had ever had, and today I lead its data and artificial intelligence platform.
What I learned along the way is that the hard part is almost never technical. Standing up a pipeline that processes millions of records is a solvable problem. Getting an organisation to agree on which number is correct, and getting people to trust it enough to decide with it, is the real work.
I also compose and produce music. The two are closer than they sound: in both, the craft is in deciding what gets left out.

2025 today
Head of Data & AI
Leading the organisation's data platform and its artificial intelligence initiatives.
- Led the enterprise-wide implementation of Microsoft Fabric, consolidating around 2,000 reports into 300.
- Design and maintain batch pipelines processing more than 5 million records daily with Azure Data Factory, SQL and Python.
- Architected and deployed AI assistants using RAG, including PDF ingestion workflows and vector database integration.
- Defined the data quality standards, lineage tracking and access control policies now in force across the organisation.
2022 2025
Data Analyst
Turning the operation into one that decides on data rather than instinct.
- Drove that transformation to the point of enabling more than 170 business users to query and act on data.
- Built a demand planning model that cut low-rotation imports by 85%, with direct impact on cash flow and inventory.
- Developed a workforce simulation model to optimise operational staffing.
- Designed and maintained the Power BI dashboards and automated reporting workflows used by leadership and operations.
2018 2022
Business Intelligence Analyst
The organisation's first business intelligence environment, built from scratch.
- Implemented Tableau Server and Power BI single-handedly, establishing the company's first self-service environment.
- Developed the data models, KPIs and dashboards supporting sales, logistics and finance.
